Brink Commerce uses events (signals) to communicate with external systems like ERP and WMS systems, which are crucial for fulfilling orders. However, if these systems are unreachable or unable to receive the signals, you may need to resend the order events manually.
This function lets you:
Update other listening systems in the ecosystem
Steps to Resend Order Events
1. Navigate to Orders
In the menu, go to the Orders section and select Orders again.
2. Find the Order
Use the search field to locate the order for which you need to resend events.
Once you’ve found the order, click on it to view its detail page.
3. Access the Resend Order Events Option
On the order detail page, click the Actions button in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select Resend Order Events.
4. Confirm the Action
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to resend the events.
5. Confirmation Notification
A brief confirmation will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen, indicating that the order events have been successfully sent.
