Why did you decide to join Brink Commerce?
The team, the product, and the exciting clientele drew me in. Moreover, the chance to contribute to a one-of-a-kind startup and shape the customer journey from the ground up was a compelling opportunity. Building something entirely new is an incredibly fulfilling experience!
How do you find success in your role?
My success is tied to the team! Initially, entering the e-commerce realm felt a bit overwhelming, but the challenges my customers posed and my team's unwavering support have helped me grow. It's been a fantastic ride so far.
What aspect of your role do you cherish the most?
My customers are an absolute delight! They brighten my day every day. A content customer translates to a happy Elin! There's nothing like sharing a laugh with a customer.
Could you share a surprising or fun tidbit about yourself?
Believe it or not, I'm quite a capable singer. Although nowadays, most of my performances occur within the confines of my shower.
