Users

In the Users tab, you have an overview of all users who have access to the Brink Merchant Portal. There are four different types of access:

Read-only: Members of this group have read access to the Admin API. They cannot create or edit discount codes or campaigns.

Super User: Members of this group have full access to the Admin API. As a super user in the Merchant Portal, you can create and edit configurations, manage discount rules and campaigns, and perform other related tasks.

User Admin: Members of this group can manage user access to the Merchant Portal. They can add users, edit or update access, and resend password login information to users.

Campaign User: Members of this group have full access to the Admin API campaign feature.

You can change or update a user’s access by clicking on their name. To remove access, click the small cross next to the access type. To add access, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list. Users can have more than one access type enabled (for example, Super User and User Admin).

To revoke a user's access to the Brink Merchant Portal entirely, toggle the "Enable" switch to OFF.

Let's talk about how you can start handling huge amounts of orders.
